Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing for confirmation and approval by Soccer Stop.

Cancellations for Individual Session Rentals:

Requests received at least 72 hours prior to rental date and time are eligible for 50% of the rental fee to be considered for credit toward future rentals.

Requests received at least one (1) week prior to the rental date and time are eligible for 100% of the rental fee to be considered for credit toward future rentals.

For Advanced Reservations, cancellations must be requested with at least 30 days’ notice for credit toward a future reservation.

For multiple sessions in a Series, only 50% of the rental fee is eligible for credit toward future rentals, regardless of cancellation timing.

If circumstances out of Soccer Stop’s control cause the facility to close, Soccer Stop will re-book the cancelled session. (See Inclement Weather Policy)
Payments, other than non-refundable deposits, may be considered for credit towards future rentals if Soccer Stop is unable to re-book a cancelled session.

 

No Show Policy:
All clients must provide credit card information at the time of booking to confirm a reservation.
If a client and/or client group does not show for reserved session, without prior cancellation request (See Cancellation Policies), the credit card provided at booking will be charged for the session cost.

“Rental Session” = individual date/time of field use

“Series” = multiple rental sessions being reserved at once

“Seasonal Reservations” – when booking multiple dates/time over a long period of time

“Advanced Reservations” –when booking at a time that is at least two (2) months prior to the first rental session.
